2ZR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

2. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL

3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER

4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET

5. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX

7. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR






(a) Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.
(b) Remove the grommet and pull the sensor connector out of the cabin through the floor panel.






(c) Remove the wire harness clamp bracket.






(d) Using SST, remove heated oxygen sensor.
