1. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH (DRIVER SIDE)
(a) Disconnect the P9 switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the P9 switch connector.
(d) Reset the power window motor Programming and Relearning.
(e) Measure the voltage of the connector.
- If the result is not as specified, the master switch may have a malfunction.
2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH (PASSENGER SIDE)
(a) Disconnect the P12 switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the P12 switch connector.
(d) Reset the power window motor Programming and Relearning.
(e) Measure the voltage of the connector.
- If the result is not as specified, the regulator switch may have a malfunction.
HINT: An operation permission signal is output from terminal PCT of the master switch to the power window regulator switch. If the value is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side. An operation permission signal is also output through the MPX line to the power window regulator switch. Even if both signals are not output, the power windows will function normally.
