LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/o Projector Headlight): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.





1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Connect the connectors, and install the LH headlight assembly.
(b) Install the 2 screws and bolt and attach the claw.
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation

3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Installation

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Testing and Inspection.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

7. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT Headlight Assembly (w/o Projector Headlight)

8. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a tester) Headlight Assembly (w/o Projector Headlight)

9. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen) Headlight Assembly (w/o Projector Headlight)

10. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING Headlight Assembly (w/o Projector Headlight)

11. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING Headlight Assembly (w/o Projector Headlight)
