Headlight Assembly:

DISASSEMBLY

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB
a. Remove the No. 1 bulb as shown in the illustration.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB
a. Remove the No. 2 bulb as shown in the illustration.

3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
a. Remove the front turn signal light socket as shown in the illustration.
b. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the socket.

4. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB
a. Remove the clearance light socket as shown in the illustration.
b. Remove the clearance light bulb from the socket.

5. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MAKER LIGHT BULB
a. Remove the front side maker light socket as shown in the illustration.
b. Remove the front side maker light bulb from the socket.

6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CORD LH
a. Detach the 3 clamps and remove the headlight cord LH.

REASSEMBLY

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CORD LH
a. Attach the 3 clamps to install the headlight cord LH.

2. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MAKER LIGHT BULB
a. Install the front side maker light bulb to the socket.
b. Install the front side maker light socket.

3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB
a. Install the clearance light bulb to the front socket.
b. Install the clearance light socket.

4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
a. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the socket.
b. Install the front turn signal light socket.

5. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB
6. INSTALL NO.1 HEADLIGHT BULB
7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
a. Connect the connectors, and attach the claw to install the headlight assembly LH.
b. Install the 2 screws and bolt.
