Air Mix Control Servo Motor

INSPECTION

INSPECT AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR

a. Inspect the servo motor operation.




1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal D2-5 (MAXHOT) and negative (-) lead to terminal D2-4 (MAXCOOL), and then check that the lever turns to the "MAXHOT" position smoothly.
2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal D2-4 (MAXCOOL) and negative (-) lead to terminal D2-5 (MAXHOT), and then check that the lever turns to the "MAXCOOL" position smoothly.

If the operation is not as specified, replace the air mix control servo motor.
