Disassembly and Reassembly

HEATER RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY
a. Detach the 4 claws and remove the air duct.




2. REMOVE HEATER COVER
a. Remove the screw.
b. Detach the 2 claws and remove the heater cover.




3. REMOVE THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY
a. Detach the claw and remove the clamp.
b. Remove the thermistor.

4. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 4 screws and No. 2 cooler wiring.




b. Remove the screw and bracket.
c. Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector.
d. Remove the heater radiator unit.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Install the heater radiator unit sub-assembly.
b. Attach the clamp to connect the connector.
c. Install the bracket with the screw.




d. Install the No. 2 cooler wiring with the 4 screws.




2. INSTALL THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY
a. Install the thermistor.
b. Install the clamp and attach the claw.




3. INSTALL HEATER COVER
a. Attach the 2 claws to install the heater cover.
b. Install the screw.




4. INSTALL AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY
a. Attach the 4 claws to install the air duct.
