REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY LH




3. REMOVE DOOR MIRROR SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT LENS LH
a. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.




b. Remove the 2 screws.
c. Disconnect the connector and remove the side turn signal light lens.




4. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
a. Pull the side turn signal light lens LH as shown in the illustration, and detach the claw.
b. Disconnect the connector and remove the light.
