Windshield Washer Motor: Testing and Inspection

WASHER MOTOR
a. Operation Check
1. Pour water into the washer jar with the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.
2. Connect the battery positive cable to terminal 2 the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, the battery negative cable to terminal 1 of the wind shield washer motor and pump assembly. Check that the water comes out from the washer jar.
3. Connect the battery positive cable to terminal 2 the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, the battery negative cable to terminal 3 of the wind shield washer motor and pump assembly. Check that the water comes out from the washer jar.
