Headlamp Dimmer Switch: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

REPLACEMENT
1. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER




2. REMOVE HEADLAMP DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector of the headlamp dimmer switch.
b. Disengage the claw and pull out the headlamp dimmer switch assembly as shown in the illustration.

NOTE: Pressing the claw too hard breaks the teeth.
