LH Headlamp Assy:

OVERHAUL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH
3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER




4. REMOVE LH HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 screws and bolt and disengage the claw.
b. Disconnect the connectors, and remove the LH headlamp assembly.




5. REMOVE HEADLAMP, NO.1 BULB
a. Remove the headlamp, No.1 bulb as shown in the illustration.




6. REMOVE HEADLAMP, NO.2 BULB
a. Remove the headlamp, No.2 bulb as shown in the illustration.




7. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB
a. Remove the front turn signal lamp socket as shown in the illustration.
b. Remove the front turn signal lamp bulb from the socket.




8. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP BULB
a. Remove the clearance lamp socket as shown in the illustration.
b. Remove the clearance lamp bulb from the front socket.




9. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MAKER LAMP BULB
a. Remove the front side maker lamp socket as shown in the illustration.
b. Remove the front side maker lamp bulb from the socket.




10. REMOVE HEADLAMP CORD LH
a. Remove the 3 clamps and the headlamp cord LH.

11. REMOVE HEADLAMP COVER SEAL LH
12. REMOVE HEADLAMP UNIT LH
13. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLAMP AIM ADJUSTMENT
14. PREPARATION FOR HEADLAMP AIMING (Using a tester)
15. PREPARATION FOR HEADLAMP AIMING (Using a screen)
16. HEADLAMP AIMING INSPECTION
17. HEADLAMP AIMING ADJUSTMENT
