INITIALIZATION OF MOON ROOF

Models:
'05 Scion tC

Introduction

When the battery has been disconnected, the power moon roof"AUTO" opening functions and "jam protection" will be rendered inoperative. Perform the following procedure to re-initialize the moon roof.

Applicable Vehicles
^ 2005 model year Scion tC vehicles.

Initialization Procedure





1. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position.

2. Push the "CLOSE" side of the moon roof switch and hold for 2 seconds after the motor stops.

3. Verify proper operation.

NOTE:
Jam protection function is enabled through the above initialization procedure.
