Check synchro body assembly. Replace damaged components. Synchro body assembly, 5th gear, is removed in the course of the operation Transmission Case Disassemble and installed in the course of the operation Transmission Case Assemble.




1 - 3rd/4th gear synchro body assembly
2 - 1st/2nd gear synchro body assembly

Check synchronizer rings. Replace damaged components.




1 - 4th gear synchronizer ring
2 - 3rd gear synchronizer ring
3 - 1st gear inner synchronizer ring
4 - 1st gear intermediate ring
5 - 1st gear outer synchronizer ring
6 - 2nd gear outer synchronizer ring
7 - 2nd gear intermediate ring
8 - 2nd gear inner synchronizer ring
