Control Valve Body Assemble - Rear Number 2

Cleaning and Inspection Procedure




1. Inspect the No.2 rear control valve body (325) for the following conditions:

* Porosity
* Cracks
* Damaged machined surfaces
* Chips or debris

2. Clean all the valves, springs, bushings, and the No.2 rear control vale body (325) in solvent.
3. Dry all the parts using compressed air.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the lock up control valve spring (408).
2. Install the lock up control valve (409).
3. Install the lock up control valve plunger (410).
4. Install the solenoid modulator valve bore plug (411) and the sleeve/bore plug retainer (401).
