Exhaust Front Heat Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the complete exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Remove the front exhaust heat shield.
Loosen the 7 nuts (arrows).

Installation Procedure

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the front exhaust heat shield.

Tighten the 7 nuts to 6 Nm (53 lb in).

2. Install the complete exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement (Service and Repair).
