Engine Flywheel Installation

Special Tools

KM-652 - Flywheel Holder

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools (Tools and Equipment).




1. Install the flywheel.
Clean the thread in the crankshaft.
2. Using the KM-652 - holder , hold the flywheel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install NEW bolts. Tighten the 6 bolts to 35 Nm (26 lb ft) + 30 degrees + 15 degrees.
4. Remove the KM-652 - holder.
