Timing Belt Rear Cover Removal

1. Remove the exhaust camshaft adjuster closure bolt.
2. Remove the intake camshaft closure bolt.

Important: 2 mechanics are required.


3. Slacken the exhaust camshaft adjuster.
Counterhold at camshaft hexagon.
4. Remove the exhaust camshaft adjuster bolt and the exhaust camshaft adjuster.

Important: 2 mechanics are required.


5. Slacken the intake camshaft adjuster.
Counterhold at camshaft hexagon.
6. Remove the intake camshaft adjuster bolt and the intake camshaft adjuster.
7. Remove the rear timing belt cover.

1. Unclip the wiring trough cover.
2. Remove the 4 bolts.
