Hood Hinge Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement (Air Inlet Screen Replacement).




3. Remove the right (I) and left (II) hood hinges.

* Remove the 3 bolts (1).
* Remove the 3 bolts (2).

Installation Procedure

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the hood hinge.

Tighten the 6 bolts to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

2. Install the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement (Air Inlet Screen Replacement).
3. Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement (Service and Repair).
