Exhaust Front Heat Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the complete exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the front exhaust heat shield.
Loosen the 7 nuts (arrows).



Installation Procedure


Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

1. Install the front exhaust heat shield.

Tighten the 7 nuts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

2. Install the complete exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement (Service and Repair) .
