Timing Belt Tensioner Installation





1. Clean the threads.

Important: The timing belt tensioner free leg spring (1) must engage in the cut-out, arrow, of the pump module.


2. Using a NEW bolt, install the timing belt tensioner.

Tighten the timing belt tensioner bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
