Timing Belt Idler Pulley Installation





1. Clean the timing belt idler pulley thread.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .


Important: Use an assembly tool.


2. Using a NEW bolt, install the timing belt idler pulley.

Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
