Hood Hinge Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement (Air Inlet Screen Replacement) .




3. Remove the right (I) and left (II) hood hinges.

* Remove the 3 bolts (1).
* Remove the 3 bolts (2).




Installation Procedure


Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

1. Install the hood hinge.

Tighten the 6 bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

2. Install the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement (Air Inlet Screen Replacement) .
3. Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement (Service and Repair) .
