Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner housing.
2. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (2) at the turbocharger.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (2) at the turbocharger.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner housing.

Tighten the clamps to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
