Bypass Valve Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the bypass valve actuator.
2. Remove the bypass valve actuator bolts.
3. Remove the bypass valve actuator.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the bypass valve actuator.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the bypass valve actuator bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Connect the vacuum hoses to the bypass valve actuator.
