Intake Manifold Removal
Important: Remove the upper manifold bolts using a 1/4 inch drive T-30 and long 1/4 drive extension.
1. Remove the upper manifold bolts.
2. Remove the lower intake manifold bolt near the throttle body.
Important: Care should be taken when removing the intake manifold from the engine to avoid damaging the manifold or cylinder head.
3. Remove the intake manifold assembly.
4. Remove the lower intake manifold spacer plate bolts.
5. Remove the intake spacer plate.
6. Remove the O-ring seals from the spacer plate.
