Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair

RECIRCULATION ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the I/P retainer.




2. Unsnap the recirculation actuator from the HVAC module.




3. Disconnect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.




2. Align the recirculation actuator with the door shaft and retaining tabs. Snap the actuator into position.
3. Install the I/P retainer.
