37. Torque Converter Seal Removal

TORQUE CONVERTER SEAL REMOVAL

IMPORTANT: It may be necessary to thread the puller into the seal up to four times before the seal comes out of the case bore.





Remove torque converter seal by threading Axle Seal Puller SA9l33T through the middle of the seal body to prevent damage to case bore. Discard torque converter seal after removal.
