Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the CHMSL. Refer to High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
2. Remove the lift gate trim panel retainers in the upper corner locations.
3. Pull the lift gate trim panel out at the upper corner locations.
4. Starting from the top disengage the attaching clips by gently pulling on the lift gate upper molding.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the lift gate upper molding at the attaching clip locations.
2. Gently push at the attaching clip locations to secure the upper molding to the lift gate.
3. Install the trim panel retainers in the upper corner locations.
4. Install the CHMSL. Refer to High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
