CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The OnStar Communication Interface Module (CIM) monitors the Remote Control 3-button assembly circuit 2514 and 2515 for an open condition.

DTC PARAMETERS
^ Open in the Remote Control 3-button assembly circuit. Open in circuits 2514 and/or 2515.
^ This test runs once every ignition cycle.
^ Illuminate the Red OnStar telltale.

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
^ Check for poor connections at the VCP. Inspect harness connectors for backed out terminals, improper terminal mating, broken connector locks, and improperly formed connection.
^ If fault is suspected to be intermittent, wiggling harness wiring may help in locating the fault.
