Intake Manifold Spacer Installation

INTAKE MANIFOLD SPACER (UNIT REPAIR)

INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT: Ensure that bolts and bolt holes are clean and free of contaminants.





1. Install intake manifold spacer and install intake manifold spacer seals.
2. Install intake manifold spacer bolts, apply Loctite- 242 thread locker to spacer bolt. Tighten using torque sequence shown.
Torque:
Intake Manifold Spacer Bolt: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)





3. Install intake manifold.
4. Install intake manifold bolts, and apply Loctite- 242 thread locker.
Torque:
Intake Manifold Bolt: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
