Instrument Panel (IP) - Insulator Replacement

REMOVAL




1. Remove HVAC module.
2. Remove inner dash panel insulator fasteners.

IMPORTANT: Cutting the old dash panel insulator, at the top of the pass-through opening, on the driver's side will allow the dash panel to be removed without having to disconnect wiring harnesses.

3. Remove inner dash panel insulator.

INSTALLATION




1. Cut the new dash panel insulator.
2. Install dash panel insulator into vehicle. Make sure to route wiring harness through opening on driver's side of dash panel insulator.
3. Apply weatherstrip adhesive to the backside of the dash panel insulator on both sides of the area where the cut was made.
4. Install dash panel insulator fasteners.
5. Install HVAC module.
