Rear Windshield Washer Hose Rear

REMOVAL




1. Open liftgate.
2. Disconnect grommet from body on passenger side of liftgate.
3. Disconnect washer hose at liftgate.
4. Install new hose onto old hose by forcing each end of hose over a 6 mm (1/4 in.) stud or equivalent.
5. Tape around joint with electrical tape where the two hoses meet to additionally secure.
6. Remove rear access plug from the center upper area of liftgate.




7. Remove nozzle from liftgate using a small screwdriver.
8. Pull hose across rear of liftgate to route new hose.

INSTALLATION
1. Remove tape from old and new hose and remove stud.
2. Install washer nozzle.




3. Connect rear washer hose to center washer hose at liftgate.
4. Install grommet by pushing grommet all the way into body opening and gently pulling outward.
5. Install access plug in liftgate.
6. Verify system operation and repair.
