ASSEMBLY

1. Place shock into spring compressor.
2. Extend shock absorber shaft to limit of its travel.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that lower spring seat liner is assembled onto shock absorber.

3. Assemble carrier components as shown.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the springs are correctly positioned in their spring support seats.

4. Compress the spring while guiding shock absorber shaft through upper mount until upper washer and shaft nut can be installed. Do not over compress the spring.





5. Tighten the shaft using a wrench, while holding the shaft nut with a socket.
Torque: Spring Seat Nut-to-Rear Shock Absorber Shaft: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
6. Release the spring compressor tool.
7. Remove carrier from compressor.
