Secondary Throttle Valve: Service and Repair

INTAKE PLENUM SWITCHOVER VALVE SOLENOID

REMOVAL




1. Remove vacuum lines from switchover valve solenoid.
2. Disconnect solenoid electrical connector.
3. Remove solenoid bolts.
4. Remove solenoid.

INSTALLATION




1. Install solenoid.
2. Install solenoid bolts.

Torque:
Intake Plenum Switchover Valve Bolts: 8 N.m (71 in-lbs)

3. Connect solenoid electrical connector.
4. Attach vacuum lines to solenoid.
