Engine Oil Cooler Removal






1. Remove the oil feed line from the engine oil cooler.
2. Remove the return line from the engine oil cooler.






3. Note the positioning of the 4 seals.
4. Remove the oil filter cartridge housing from the engine block.
5. Remove the oil filter cartridge housing.






6. Remove the oil cooler outlet line (1) from the engine block.
7. Remove the oil cooler inlet line (2) from the engine block.






8. Remove the engine oil cooler inlet and outlet nuts (1).
9. Remove the engine oil cooler cover bolts (2).






10. Remove the engine oil cooler cover.
11. Remove the engine oil cooler.
