Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel
- Front removal procedure .




2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Remove the inside door weatherstrip.




4. Remove the mirror trim cover.




5. Remove the outside rear view mirror.




6. Remove the outer door panel.




7. Remove the water barrier/insulator pad.




8. Remove the rear glass run channel.




9. Remove the door glass.




10. Remove the front door rear applique.




11. Remove the outside front window run channel weatherstrip.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the outside front window run channel weatherstrip.




2. Install the front door rear applique.




3. Install the door glass.




4. Install the rear glass run channel.




5. Install the inside door weatherstrip.




6. Adjust the door glass as necessary and check the window operation.




7. Install the outer door panel.




8. Install the water deflector.




9. Install the outside rear view mirror.




10. Install the mirror trim cover.
11. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel -
Front installation .
