37. Cylinder Head Assemble

- Tools Required
- SA9124E-1 Valve Spring Compressor Clamp
- J-41774 Valve Spring Installer
- J-41775 Valve Seal Installer





1. Coat valve stem with engine oil.
2. Insert valve stem into the proper port.
3. Install valve spring seat.
4. Use J-41775 to insert valve seal into the cylinder head.





5. Install valve spring.
6. Install cap on valve stem.
7. Use SA9102E-A and J-41774 to compress valve spring.
8. Perform the following steps to install the valve stem keys:
a. Use a light grease to hold the keys in place while removing the SA9102E-A and J-41774.
b. Seat valve stem keys in the upper groove of the valve stem.
9. Install lifter.
10. Repeat the above sequence for the remaining valves.
