34. Cylinder Head Disassemble

- SA9124E-1 Valve Spring Compressor Clamp
- J-43652 Valve Spring Compressor Adapter
- J-41775 Valve Seal Installer
- J-42096 0.075 O.S. Valve Guide Reamer
- SA9102E-A Valve Seal Remover





1. Remove lifters. Place lifters sequentially in rack so that they can be installed in their original order, if being reused.
2. Use SA9124E-1 and J-43652 to compress valve springs.





3. Remove valve stem keys.
4. Remove cap from valve stem.
5. Remove valve spring.





6. Remove valve seal using SA9102E-A.
7. Remove valve spring seat from cylinder head.
8. Remove valves. Place valves sequentially in rack so that they can be installed in their original order, if being reused.
