Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement (Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement) in Interior Trim.
2. Partially pull down the headliner to expose the front drain hose. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Wagon) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Wagon))Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan)) in Interior Trim.
3. Disconnect the front drain hose from the sunroof drain spouts.




4. Pull the front drain hose out from the inside of the vehicle.



Installation Procedure






Important: Rotating the front drain hose while installing prevents the hose from kinking.


1. Route the front drain hose through the sunroof drain holes in the windshield pillar.




2. Connect the front drain hose to the sunroof drain spouts.
3. Reposition the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Wagon) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Wagon))Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan)) in Interior Trim.
4. Install the windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement (Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement) in Interior Trim.
