Rear Door Replacement (Weld On)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the outer door panel. Refer to Rear Door Outer Panel Removal.
2. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors. Refer to Rear Door Wiring Harness Removal.
3. Disengage the wiring harness grommet from the door structure and remove the wiring harness from the door.




4. Remove the door check link-to-door structure bolt.
5. Support the door.
6. Remove the door hinge pin caps.
7. Remove the door hinge pins.



Installation Procedure





1. Support the door in door opening.
2. Install the door hinge pins.




3. Install the door hinge pin caps.




4. Install the door check link-to-door structure bolt.

Tighten the door check link-to-door bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).





5. Connect the wire harness connectors.
6. Install the wiring harness grommet to door structure.
7. Install the outer door panel. Refer to Rear Door Outer Panel Installation.
