RIGHT REAR ABS SOLENOID #1 CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
The outlet valve solenoid circuits are supplied with battery power when ignition is in RUN position. The electronic brake and traction control module (EBTCM) controls valve function by grounding circuit to turn valve on when necessary.

CODE PARAMETERS
DTC C0090 will set if:
The EBTCM senses an open, short to ground, or short to voltage in the circuit.
When this trouble code sets the EBTCM will disable ABS, Traction Control, and Dynamic Rear Proportioning and turn ON the antilock and RED brake telltale.

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
^ The outlet valve solenoids are internal to the EBTCM. Replacing the controller is the only repair.
^ The EBTCM must be programmed with the correct engine and transaxle options. A new EBTCM comes with DTC C0551 programmed in it. To clear DTC C0551, program the EBTCM with the correct engine and transaxle options.
