Output Shaft Roller Bearing Removal

1. Remove bearing retaining ring.
2. Install bearing removal tool SA9191T and tighten securely in bearing.
3. Install slide hammer SA9173G to bearing puller. Place the housing, bearing side down, on a press stand. Use the slide hammer to remove the bearing. Use wood blocks on sealing surface to protect machined surfaces.





4. Remove the transaxle lubrication funnel (oil baffle plate).
5. Remove output shaft bearing filter. Thread a rear cover bolt into the filter and pull filter out.
6. Remove stake if necessary.
7. Remove the right axle seal using SA9133T.
