Circuits Diagnosis - UHJB (Underhood Junction Block)

Verify switch integrity.

The underhood junction block houses the 30A IGN 3 maxifuse which supplies power to the ignition switch for the start function. To verify UHJB integrity, back probe terminal F8 and A8 with a DVOM to ground. If voltage is present at terminal A8, the UHJB is ok. If voltage is present at F8 and not at A8, replace the UHJB. If voltage is not present at F8, verify clutch start switch (manual transaxle only) and ignition switch integrity.
