In June of 1998, a set of Valve Spring Compressor Brackets (SA9124E-10) were shipped to you as part of the 1999 model year tool update. It has recently been discovered that the brackets you received were manufactured incorrectly.

Our supplier partner, Kent-Moore, has manufactured a new set of brackets with a zinc plated finish. The new finish will distinguish the new brackets from the former ones which contain a black oxide finish. Please locate and discard the old brackets. The old brackets should be located inside the J-43267 DOHC Engine Tool Storage Case.

The new brackets are scheduled to be shipped to all Saturn service facilities the week of November 16, 1998. No charges will be incurred to your Saturn open account for this tool correction.
