DTC PARAMETERS
This DTC will set when the TC determines there is a fault internally with the serial data link to the ECM.

DIAGNOSIS
^ Verify crankshaft learn. Relearn if necessary.
^ Reprogram the PCM and if this fault returns replace the PCM.
^ Record all PCM DTC's and include with repair information.
