Hydraulic pipe, limited slip differential clutch, replacement

Warning
The hydraulic pressure in the differential clutch is very high. Wait for at least 10 minutes before removing any parts from the differential clutch.

Important
It is very important to observe maximum cleanliness when working on the differential clutch. Dirt particles can seriously damage the function and service life of the differential clutch.

To remove

1. Remove complete unit, differential clutch and limited slip differential.
2. Remove the hydraulic pipes (A) fit tool DT-49132 (B). Turn the tool (C) slightly and pull the pipe out from the quick-release coupling.





To fit

1. Lubricate and fit the hydraulic pipes (A) to the quick-release couplings and check that the pipes are fitted firmly.





2. Fit complete unit, differential clutch and limited slip differential.
3. Check/adjust fluid level in the differential clutch. Check/Change of Oil In the Differential Clutch
