Damaged Fuel Filler Cap

Fault symptom
Fuel filler cap damaged due to handling error

Criteria
Damage can occur when the fuel filler cap is opened incorrectly.

Procedure
Tell the customer how to open the cap as follows:
1. Turn the cap anticlockwise 90 degrees while the spring pressure increases.
2. Turn a further 90 degrees anticlockwise over a click point and against a stop.
3. Remove the cap.
4. Close the cap by twisting clockwise until at least three clicks are heard.
