To remove

NOTE: If the car is equipped with a radio other than a genuine Saab radio, check that the customer has the radio code before commencing work.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the Intake manifold, upper.
3. Remove the wiring harness:
- Unplug the wiring harness connector (A).







- Remove the holder (B) from the wiring harness connector.
- Detach the connector (A) for the injectors. Use a small screwdriver.







To fit

NOTE:
- Spray all the connectors with anti-corrosion protection, Contact Protect or similar, to prevent verdigris formation.
- Clean all the grounding points and coat them with Vaseline.

1. Fit the wiring harness:
- Plug in the injectors' connector (A).







- Fit the holder (B) for the wiring harness connector.







- Plug in the wiring harness connector (A).

2. Fit the Intake manifold, upper.
3. Connect the negative cable of the battery.
4. Set the date and time and program any radio code.
