Amplifier (354S), CV, Prestige 300

To remove

WARNING: The amplifiers may be very hot so extreme caution must be exercised.

1. Carry out actions before removing control module.
2. Remove the side trim on the left side of the luggage compartment.
3. Remove the lower amplifier using 84 71 203 Removal tool (A).





4. Unplug the connectors (A) of the lower amplifier.

IMPORTANT: Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight apart to avoid bending the pins.





To fit
1. Plug in the connectors (A) of the lower amplifier.

IMPORTANT: Take care when plugging in the connector so as not to damage or press out the pins/sleeves in the connector.





2. Fit the lower amplifier. There will be an audible click.





3. Carry out Procedure after control module replacement.
4. Check the function.
5. Fit the side trim on the left side of the luggage compartment.
