Shift Solenoid: Service and Repair

Solenoid Valve

To remove
1. Remove the Valve housing cover.

Important: The valve housing must be removed in order to avoid contaminants during the cleaning of sealing surfaces.

2. Remove the Valve housing

3. Remove solenoid valve S2 (A)





^ Remove the screw.

4. Remove solenoid valve S1 (B)

^ Remove the screw.

To fit

1. Fit solenoid valve S2 (A)

^ Tighten the screw

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)





2. Fit the solenoid valve S1 (B)

^ Tighten the screw

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)

3. Fit the Valve housing.
4. Fit the Valve housing cover.
