Replacement Of A Blade Fuse In The Fuse Holder On The Side Of The Battery Cover

To remove
1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the cover from the fuse holder by pulling it up.







4. Lift up the fuse holder and open the cover.







5. Undo the nuts and remove the blade fuse.

To fit
1. Clean the contact surfaces.
2. Fit the blade fuse.
Tightening torque 4.5 Nm ±1 Nm (3.4 ± 0.7 lbf ft)







3. Close the cover.
4. Fit the fuse holder to the battery shelf.
5. Fit the cover.







6. Connect the negative cable of the battery.
7. Fit the battery cover.
8. Reset the car; see Procedures after battery disconnection .
